Restaurant - Quantity or Quality?

Assalamualaikum and Hi semua!

Yes, this is the 1st topic im going to talk and share about. It's about restaurant. For sure, korang korang pernah plan to eat out kan? Tak kisah la apa jenis makanan you all craving for and they served. Yang penting makanan ok boleh masuk perut and you all happy with the service right?

So nak dijadikan cerita, i went out with husband in Dec last year to have a steak in one of the popular Malay Steakhouse in KL and i can tell you that we husband and wife were totally disappointed with the restaurant.

Before this, i heard a lot positiveness about this restaurant and i saw this restaurant was always full of customer. So i decided to try. However, the appetizer was failed, the main dish was ok -as it for gravy but we got the cold one, the salad was very bad and annoying. The drink was ok, the dessert was irritated. I would not want to share the restaurant name or the food picture. It's totally not worth it to have a dinner for us - maybe others will say "hey their food are fine".

The other disappointment for sure it service and cleanliness of the kitchen. The waiter are not very polite and and some of them i can see sit on the customer chair and busy with the phone. When we call them, they ask the busy waiter to entertain us. Then we noticed, about how we can see from the kitchen window of the dirty kitchen wall. Then i suddenly felt have no appetite at all.

Kami not bother to pay how much as long as they service good food, serve customer nicely and they make sure of their restaurant cleanliness. Then since is the 1st try,we will sure not to comeback ever again.

Bukan di restaurant saja la, even at pasar malam ke or u have online business ke make sure u provide a good product and better service, Customer always expect the good one from you. Especially when you serve ppl with your food.

Nowadays price are not the same, semua dah naik. So u guys need to maintain the quality of your product and services when you dah raise up the price. Served good food, if the food should be panas then make sure it's happen, if makanan tu tak tahan then don't serve to your customer. 

You need to face many types of customers; they are different in so many ways. But that was your challenge. For online business shop, mind your words even you want to be strict. Sometimes i saw a very harsh comment comes from seller. 

Paling marah if they replace our order dgn other similar one as the one we ordered was out of stock. Lambat deliver barang dah satu hal, lain hari janji lain hari smpai. So communication- i mean the good one should have. 

Jangan ingat bila your quantity orders and customers very high, you can satisfied already. You need to maintain the quality also.

I pun dah banyak kene even with the well know online shopping also, but really hope they will take my complaint seriously.
